About Me
Between the stage and the barrier, for over a decade I've been documenting live moments that would otherwise only exist in the crowd's memory.
My name is Simon, and I've been photographing concerts since the first time I was allowed into the pit, soaked in sweat, half deaf, completely captivated by the moment.
Since then, my camera has followed me through clubs, halls and festival fields across Europe: from sweaty support slots in 200-capacity basements to headline shows in front of thousands. I'm not chasing the perfectly lit press shot, I'm chasing the split second where energy becomes visible: a jump, a look, a breakdown where the whole room explodes.
I work with bands, booking agencies, festivals and magazines, delivering fast, reliable work with an eye for translating the sound of a show into a single frame.
