Attack! Attack!
Attack! Attack! brought fresh alternative rock and pop-punk to Berlin's SO36 on 2 April 2011, supporting Itchy Poopzkid. With melodic guitars, catchy choruses and an energetic stage presence, the four musicians from Wales had the audience moving early in the evening.
The intimate atmosphere of the Kreuzberg club was a perfect fit for the band's direct, rousing sound. Sweat, stage lights and raised hands provided the backdrop for an evening where big melodies, powerful guitars and British rock energy came together in a confined space.

About the band Attack! Attack!
Attack! Attack! from Caerphilly, Wales, were among the most distinctive British alternative rock bands of the late 2000s. The group combined powerful guitars and driving rhythms with influences from pop-punk, post-hardcore and emo-pop. Catchy choruses, melodic guitar lines and an energetic stage presence defined their sound.
With their self-titled 2008 debut album, Attack! Attack!, and songs such as You and Me, This Is a Test and Too Bad Son, the band quickly made a name for themselves beyond the British rock scene. You and Me was also featured in the video game Guitar Hero 5. Their second album, The Latest Fashion, was released in 2010 and presented the band as more musically diverse and melodic. Their best-known songs from this period include Not Afraid, We’re Not the Enemy, Blood on My Hands and No Excuses.
For concert photographers, Attack! Attack! were a rewarding subject: plenty of movement on stage, direct interaction with the audience and a rousing guitar sound that was particularly effective in small clubs.
