Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows
Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows (D.R.U.G.S.) brought their explosive mix of post hardcore, alternative rock and huge hooks to Magnet Club Berlin on June 4, 2011. The intimate room was made for this kind of show, with every lyric, breakdown and movement hitting at close range.
The band was still in the early days of its story, but its members arrived with serious experience from some of the most influential names in the US scene. That gave the performance an immediate impact: loud, emotional and driven by the sense that these songs were being lived rather than simply played.

About the band Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows
Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows, usually shortened to D.R.U.G.S., formed in the United States in 2010 around vocalist Craig Owens. The group quickly earned supergroup status in the post hardcore world, bringing together members connected to Chiodos, From First to Last, Story of the Year, Matchbook Romance and Underminded. Their sound combines fragile melodies, sharp guitar work, electronic touches and Owens' unmistakable high, dramatic vocal delivery.
The self titled debut album arrived in 2011 and introduced D.R.U.G.S. to a wide audience through tracks including If You Think This Song Is About You, It Is, Mr. Owl Ate My Metal Worm and Sex Life. After an extended hiatus, Craig Owens revived the project and carried D.R.U.G.S. forward with new material. Live, the band's strength lies in the contrast between massive singalong hooks and controlled chaos. Songs that feel polished on record become rawer, louder and more personal in a packed club.
