Evergreen Terrace
Evergreen Terrace brought their blend of metalcore, hardcore and melodic hooks to Berlin’s Lido on August 6, 2009. Inside the packed club, heavy breakdowns collided with huge choruses, fast-moving pit energy and the kind of direct intensity that only works when a band is fully committed to the room.
The show captured Evergreen Terrace at an exciting point in their career, with new material on the horizon and a catalogue packed with crowd favorites. It was a loud, sweaty and uncompromising night in Berlin.

About the band Evergreen Terrace
Hailing from Jacksonville, Florida, Evergreen Terrace have been an important name in the space between melodic hardcore, metalcore and post-hardcore since forming in the late 1990s. Their sound balances aggressive guitar work, crushing breakdowns and memorable vocal melodies, creating a contrast that helped them build a loyal following far beyond the American hardcore scene.
Records such as Burned Alive by Time, Sincerity Is an Easy Disguise in This Business and Wolfbiker established the band as a reliable force in heavy music, while Almost Home was set to mark their next chapter in 2009. From a concert photographer’s perspective, Evergreen Terrace are built for the stage: constant movement, intense connection with the crowd and a live sound that turns the gap between band and front row into a shared collision.
