ZSK
On September 28, 2025, ZSK turned Berlin's Rio-Reiser-Platz into a full-force punk rock gathering. With direct political statements, huge singalong choruses and a crowd answering every line from the stage, the night carried the urgency and unity that define the band.
The Berlin punk veterans were loud, immediate and close to their audience. This gallery focuses on sweaty faces, raised fists and the intense connection between band and crowd.

About the band ZSK
ZSK have been one of the defining voices in German punk rock since the late 1990s. Formed in Berlin, the band led by vocalist Joshi combines high-energy skate punk and melodic hardcore with an unmistakably political perspective. Their songs take a clear stand against racism, far-right violence, social indifference and authoritarian ideas, while also making room for solidarity, hope and collective strength.
After their first run from 1997 to 2007, ZSK reunited in 2011 and quickly re-established themselves as an essential live act in clubs and at festivals. Albums such as Herz für die Sache, Hallo Hoffnung, Hass Liebe and Ende der Welt deliver fast tempos, massive hooks and lyrics built to be shouted back from the crowd. From a concert photographer's perspective, ZSK are made for the lens because there is no barrier between stage and audience: every movement feels like an invitation into the pit.
